Troubleshooting Common Issues

Application Showing Incomplete

If the system indicates your application is incomplete even after you believe you have entered all data:

• Double-check all sections using the **Edit** button (Practice Details, Owners, Staff, Subcontractors, Clients).
• Ensure all questions have been answered (look for any remaining yellow highlights).
• Verify that the number of records created for BOOMs, Staff, Subcontractors, and Clients matches the numbers specified in your Practice Details.
• Check the **My Tasks** page for any outstanding items and complete them.
• If the issue persists after these checks, contact IAB support.

Login Problems

If you cannot log in:

• Ensure you are using the correct email address and password provided by the IAB.
• Try resetting your password if that option is available.
• Contact the IAB Membership team if you continue to have trouble accessing the system.

Updating Pre-populated Details

Your practice name, structure, and primary contact details are usually drawn from your IAB Membership record and cannot be edited directly within AML Complete. To update these, you must contact the IAB Membership Team directly.
